Updated driver terms
We have updated the driver terms. The main change is a new section on live location: while you are carrying a delivery, your Hub and that order's customer can see where you are. It is never collected when you are not on a delivery, and it is deleted when the delivery ends.
Hub–Driver Agreement
You deliver through your hub under the Hub–Driver Agreement. Please read it and accept it.
Set your starting point
Until you set where you start from, you are offered no delivery areas and no hub can invite you. It takes a second and is never shown to customers.
Hub invitations
A delivery hub is inviting you to join its delivery marketplace. You can be active with one hub at a time and switch whenever you like — and you are always free to work with other platforms too.

Where you start from
Areas within 20 km of this point are offered to you. Your starting point is never shown to customers.
Your prices
Three zones, three prices. Put the areas closest to you in Zone 1 and price the further ones higher. A new price applies to new jobs only.
Your areas
Tap a zone number to put an area in that zone, or tap it again to take it out.
Outstanding balance flagged
Your weekly statements will appear here once your first week closes. Weeks run Wednesday to Tuesday.
Report an unpaid statement
Only do this if the money has not reached your account. The outlet will stop receiving drivers until it is sorted out.
Your rating
This is what customers see when they choose a driver, and it decides where you appear in their list.
Deliveries and reliability
Completion is measured over the last 90 days, and only once you have enough deliveries for it to mean anything. Customers do not see this figure.
Outlet feedback
Outlets you deliver for can score you on timekeeping, presentation and communication. This is separate from your customer rating and does not affect your place in the customer list.
Reported incidents
An outlet has reported an incident involving you. An administrator reviews these — they do not change your rating. If you believe a report is wrong, contact support and ask for it to be reviewed.
Your photo
Customers see this when they choose you, and again when you arrive. Face the camera in good light with nothing covering your face.

Your vehicle & load space
Network deliveries are matched to what your vehicle can carry, so an order is never sent to you if it won’t fit.
Your documents
Renewed something? Upload it here with its new expiry date, then take the original to any participating Hub.
Where you get paid
Changing your bank details needs a new bank letter and takes you offline until an outlet checks it.Keep the file under 1.5 MB — larger uploads can drop on a mobile connection.
Your PIN
Changing your PIN signs you out everywhere else.
