Membership Subscription Refund Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Subscriptions Processed by Payfast)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyivity uses Payfast for subscription billing. This means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payfast processes payments on behalf of Loyivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing descriptors may reflect Payfast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds for subscriptions are processed through Payfast in accordance with this policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyivity offers the following membership plans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Silver Plan (Free)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gold Plan (30-Day Free Trial, then paid subscription)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Platinum Plan (Paid subscription)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1 Silver Plan (Free)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Silver Plan is free of charge.<br>No payment is collected; therefore, no refund applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2 Gold Plan (30-Day Free Trial)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Gold Plan includes a 30-day free trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No charges apply during the trial period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If not cancelled, Payfast will automatically process payment for the first billing cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Terms (Gold Plan)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the free trial has been used, <strong>no refund will be issued once the first paid billing cycle begins.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds are issued for partial months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds are issued after the first full month of paid membership has been completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3 Platinum Plan (Paid Subscription)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Platinum Plan is billed monthly or yearly and processed through Payfast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a free trial is included and used:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds are available once the first paid billing cycle begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If no free trial applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation must occur before the next billing date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds are issued for partial months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds are issued after the first full month of paid membership has been completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.4 Payfast Processing &#038; Authority<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the payment provider for Loyivity, Payfast:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has the authority to process payments and approved refunds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May review refund requests to prevent fraud or abuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May decline refund requests that violate this policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All approved subscription refunds are processed back to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyivity reserves the right to deny refund approvals that do not comply with this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.5 Non-Refundable Situations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds will not be issued for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Used free trials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to cancel before renewal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downgrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused features<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account suspension due to policy violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Termination for breach of Terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.  Transaction Refund Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Customer Purchases from Independent Vendors)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyivity is a software service platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For  transactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loyivity is <strong>not the seller of record<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payfast does <strong>not<\/strong> process Vendor product or booking payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendors use their own independent payment gateways.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All purchases made through Vendor listings are transactions solely between:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer and Vendor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 Vendor Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each Vendor is independently responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Setting their own refund policy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling cancellations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing disputes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing refunds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivering products or services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.2 No Liability for Vendor Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afritivity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Does not hold customer funds for Vendor transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not process Vendor refunds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is not responsible for Vendor performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is not liable for product quality, cancellations, damages, or dissatisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must contact the Vendor directly for any refund, cancellation, or dispute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.3 Payment Disputes &#038; Chargebacks (Vendor Transactions)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Vendor purchases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any chargeback must be handled by the Vendor and their payment provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loyivity bears no financial responsibility for Vendor chargebacks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendors may face account suspension for excessive disputes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Subscription Chargebacks (Payfast Transactions)<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For subscription payments processed by Payfast:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers must contact Loyivity support before initiating a chargeback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed by Payfast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Platform Role Clarification<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyivity is a technology platform that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provides marketplace infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enables Vendor listings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitates subscription access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyivity does not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as Vendor agent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarantee Vendor performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assume liability for Vendor contractual obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Policy Modifications<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Loyivity reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
